PENTATHLON Dolph Lundgren, Roger E. Moseley (1995, LIVE, R, priced for rental) Lundgren plays an East German pentathlete who defects during the 1988 Olympics, only to hit the skids in L.A., but his attempts to emote pack all the punch of a hologram. By comparison, Moseley seems almost believable as a humble hash-slinger who befriends the big guy and trains him for '92. But along comes David Soul as Lundgren's former coach-now a neo-Nazi terrorist! An army of Aryan assassins still stand between Dolph and the gold-but they're nothing compared with the hurdles viewers face as this addled action movie stumbles its way across the finish line. D -MS
