INSIDE THE SAT (The Princeton Review, floppy disk for PC, $50) This brightly designed program is everything that the SAT is not: whimsical and entertaining. Using lessons from the popular Princeton Review prep course, Inside the SAT employs a clear interface, sprightly graphics, and witty commentary to keep you engaged and to camouflage the fact that you are actually studying. Included are four full-length practice examinations, detailed lessons on every type of question, and a full discussion of the Princeton Review's fabled test-taking gimmicks (for example, obvious answers on ques- tions that are numbered higher than 20 most likely are wrong). It almost makes me want to take the SAT all over again. On second thought...nahhh. A-
