DROP SQUAD Eriq LaSalle, Ving Rhames (1994, MCA/Universal, R, priced for rental) ER's LaSalle plays an ambitious black ad exec who has lost touch with his roots while climbing the corporate ladder. His wake-up call: an encounter with black radicals who snatch him off the street, tie him to a chair, and literally knock some sense into him. Dope dealers and crooked congressmen are also prime candidates for the DROP Squad's ''deprogramming.'' Executive-produced by Spike Lee (who makes an ironic cameo appearance), the movie gets in your face and under your skin with the question ''Does the end justify the means?'' and offers no easy, crowd-pleasing resolutions.
