As he rides the wave of newfound celebrity, Kato Kaelin is attempting to catch up with new entertainment technology. But he's certainly got his work cut out for him. ''Right now I'm trying to get a 10-year-old to teach me how to work a CD-ROM,'' says Kaelin. ''I haven't even mastered Ms. Pac-Man or Centipede yet. CD-ROMs are next. I've played Game Boy. I've only tried it once or twice, on someone's miniature thing-on a flight.''
