KATO TAKES A STAND

It turns out America's most popular court jester has rather eclectic taste. ''This sounds like a cliche,'' Kato Kaelin says, ''but I enjoyed Pulp Fiction very much.'' What about it, in particular? ''The editing, I thought. The way it was put together. The end and the beginning and '' The structure of it? ''Exactly. I don't get out to movies a lot. I saw Outbreak. I was expecting something more. I hate going to a movie with high expectations. I would have liked to see more going on. ''The last film I saw was let's see. I saw Bullets Over Broadway. I liked it very much. I thought Chazz Palminteri was terrific. Let me tell you something- this is off the track, but I think they're really great films. The old road films with Hope and Crosby? I can see how they're trying to do that again, put a comic team together like with Dumb and Dumber. I mean, The Road to Morocco, all those films-they're really hysterical.''
