Ben Lee Grandpaw Would (Grand Royal) Taking a hiatus from his band Noise Addict, this 16-year-old pop prodigy from Bondi, Australia, has fashioned a debut solo effort that would make Jonathan Richman proud. Lee's matter-of-fact innocence is just this side of cute, and his surprisingly cerebral, deliberate wordplay sounds as if he writes this stuff instead of doing his Advanced Placement English homework.
