Stacy Dean Campbell Hurt City (Columbia) On his second release, neo-honky- tonker Campbell often seems like an actor impersonating a country singer. But when he gives up the attitude, he can be luminous, as on the throbbing rock groove of ''Honey I Do'' and the deeply affecting ''The Door,'' which depicts a moment of marital truth. B -AN
