Music Review: 'Panther' and 'Pump Ya Fist: Hip Hop Inspired by the Black Panthers'

If you're expecting rage, the soulful mood of the Panther soundtrack may surprise you. ''Freedom'' is a ''We Are the World''-type tour de force, featuring 93 female artists, including Vanessa Williams, Mary J. Blige, and Yo Yo. Less inspiring is Bobby Brown's tepid ''Slick Partner.''
