Big Audio Dynamite's F-Punk is a sluggish disc with little in common with the intoxicating punk turned out by leader Mick Jones' former outfit, the Clash. Occasionally enlivened by quirky sampling and schizoid dance beats, these songs are sorely in need of the jaded insouciance that helped earn Green Day its punk scars and stripes. C+
