Sign Language For Everyone

Signing, says the package, is the fourth most common language in the U.S. And as in all vocabularies, there are rules. Unfortunately, rules are often boring. While the video instructor is jaunty and affable, Sign Language For Everyone itself offers scant incentive to learn to sign. There's none of the animation or fun often used to entice us in foreign-language tutorials. The disc isn't much different from a self-help tape, except you can repeat a video segment by clicking the mouse. And you have to endure a long-winded intro every time you boot up. B-
