The premise of Sari Locker's self-help book Mindblowing Sex in the Real World: Hot Tips for Doing It in the Age of Anxiety is a solid one, road-tested throughout the ages: If you're comfortable with yourself, your lover, and the situation; if you are both technically skilled; if you're not preoccupied or overtired; if you're able to do and be all of these things and embrace condoms as the sexiest things around, chances are your experience will be nothing less than perfect. The innate problem is that the person who can check off yes to all of these categories all of the time doesn't live in any real world I've ever heard of. Still, if you can make it through the book's perky language (''If you're gonna bean her, cover your weiner''), Locker offers the kind of good advice that never hurts to hear again. B
