MAJOR TOM: Divorce, it seems, has left Tom Arnold unscathed. Since the bitter split from Roseanne, Arnold has been on more than a roll: He's hitting funny bones in Nine Months, has three more films due over the coming year, and on July 22 he'll tie the knot with student Julie Champnella, 22. ''I still like marriage a lot,'' says Arnold. ''I'm very excited because this time it's going to be different. You know, more normal.'' Despite his newfound happiness, Arnold, 36, says he sometimes pines for the good old days with his former domestic goddess. ''I miss when we were friends 10 years ago. There's a lot of things I liked about Roseanne then. For a long time, I just assumed we would grow old and fat together.'' Does his ''normal'' new life mean no more tattoos? ''Nah, no new ones for a while,'' says Arnold. ''I don't have a Julie tattoo -- at least not yet.''
