Lordz of Brooklyn look like extras from A Bronx Tale and rap like a pack of snarling wolves. While these former graffiti artists may lack the far-reaching musical artistry of the Beastie Boys, their pedal-to-the-metal exuberance is nearly as whiny and uncouth. The best cut on All in the Family is ''White Trash,'' a hard-rock rap that's charmingly obnoxious in the way only Brooklynites can be. B
