Fiddler/singer/songwriter Laurie Lewis and her Grant Street mandolinist-vocalist Tom Rozum duet on a graceful album that mixes soft country and harder, banjo-happy bluegrass. At times reminiscent of Emmylou Harris' pairings with Ricky Skaggs (''Texas Girl''), The Oak and the Laurel turns transcendent on the heartbreaking ''Dream of a Home.'' A
