The delightful two-CD set for The Wizard of Oz soundtrack includes songs and underscoring cut from the classic film, plus alternate takes. Fascinating, previously unreleased recordings include the folksier ''Tin Man'' of Buddy Ebsen (in the role later won and made famous by Jack Haley) and Judy Garland's harrowingly intense reprise of ''Over the Rainbow.'' A
