UNDER SIEGE 2: DARK TERRITORY (R) Solidly enjoyable. Essentially, it's Die Hard IX, and the genre's rituals -- terrorist kidnappings, exploding vehicles -- are, by now, as formalized as kabuki. Under Siege 2, though, has pace, slivers of wit, and a crisp unity of action. As the villain, who hijacks the Grand Continental train through the Rockies, Eric Bogosian is like a yuppie court jester. And Seagal, the dark Buddha of action heroes, is almost ironic in his softness. B
