Top Dog (1995)

Chuck Norris teams up with a bomb-detecting dog in Top Dog, a crude crossbreeding of K-9 buddy-cop comedy and kick-ass martial-arts action. Making the mishmash even cruder is the so-called plot, in which cartoonish right-wing extremists are blowing up synagogues and housing projects. Released theatrically right after the Oklahoma City tragedy, Top Dog can now be seen on its own terms, and it emerges as, well, a total woofer. D
