DOLLY PARTON Something Special (Columbia/Blue Eye) Parton resurrects three of her best-loved oldies -- ''Jolene,'' ''The Seeker,'' and ''I Will Always Love You'' (in a duet with Vince Gill) -- to accompany a grab-bag of original new tunes. Much of the contemporary material is slight (and over-orchestrated), but ''Teach Me to Trust'' is as vulnerable as M-O-R ever gets. B-
