Dolly Parton resurrects three of her best-loved oldies — ''Jolene,'' ''The Seeker,'' and ''I Will Always Love You'' (in a duet with Vince Gill) — to accompany the grab-bag of original new tunes on Something Special. Much of the contemporary material is slight (and over-orchestrated), but ''Teach Me to Trust'' is as vulnerable as M-O-R ever gets. B-
