What's Goin' On?

Your review of Motown reissues was annoyingly accurate. Motown's nasty habit of reissuing subpar covers and original works is an unfortunate flaw. I was hopeful that they would empty their coffers of not only less popular treasures rarely heard but also never-before-listened-to gems. What do we get from Motown? Hash!

Correction: In our Encore about Elvis Presley's death, the book Sex and Psychic Energy, by Betty Bethards, was mistakenly referred to as ''porn.'' The book is in fact a self-help manual. We regret the error.
