BOY GEORGE Cheapness & Beauty (Virgin) The ''cheapness'' in the title of Boy George's umpteenth comeback shot refers to its slew of trashy rockers-a cabaret-metal costume ball that the deeper-voiced Boy throws himself into with leering abandon, even when he's attacking the religious right. The ''beauty'' portion consists of a few Culture Club-style beauties. His heartbroken AIDS tribute may be drenched in soupy strings, but this is still his best solo work-for what that's worth anymore. A-
