VIRTUAL ASSASSIN Michael Dudikoff, Suki Kaiser (1995, Turner, R, priced for rental) Video action star Dudikoff dubiously upgrades from American ninja to Internet avenger in this derivative thriller. As a cop-turned-janitor, he's the only one who can prevent future-dwelling terrorists from stealing a computer virus that threatens the world. When the action erupts in a high-rise lab, you see why the video box dubs it ''Die Hard Meets Blade Runner.'' They wish. The similarity to Blade Runner ends with the presence of that film's Brion James, seen here as a wild-eyed, white-haired villain. This time, imitation is the lamest form of flattery. C-
