But few have had the complete Dilbert experience -- that is, until they've seen this page created by good-humored Scott Adams. In it, Adams declaims on the evils of society (he seems to bear a particular grudge against little Billy from The Family Circus) and offers a tongue-in-cheek photo tour of the genesis of a strip. There's only one flaw: Owing to syndication complexities, the daily Dilbert strip posted here is a week old. A-
