Doors and Windows

EW's GRADE
A-

Ireland's ethereal alterna-rockers join the bushel of bands releasing enhanced CDs this year with Doors and Windows, a musically rich and revealing disc. Fans who have only standard CD players will have to settle for three previously unreleased studio tracks and live versions of the group's hits ''Dreams'' and ''Zombie,'' but those with computers can discover a pub, a living room, and a rehearsal studio filled with photos, video clips, and sound bites documenting the band's five-year history. With lyrics to all of their recorded songs and quirky commentary on everything from bad haircuts to the couch that appears on both of the band's album covers, this do-it-yourself rockumentary makes the Cranberries a group to relish.
