These funk bass-lined '80s new-wave nuggets hold up best when snarled by frustrated women. Delta 5 chide their partners for being in the mood only on Sunday, and Romeo Void predicts ''I might like you better if we slept together.'' Too bad these gals didn't gang up on the males in Bauhaus and Shriekback; the boys' arty droning slows Totally Wired down. A-
