There's nothing quite so heartbreaking as a child wearing a frown. And by the looks of this week's video chart, plenty of parents chose to fork over $24.94 to avoid that pout, as A Little Princess (a film that tried twice to make it in theaters) debuted at No. 3 and No. 9 on the sales and rental charts, respectively. Come to think of it, the one thing that may be more heartbreaking is the sight of Peter Falk in old age makeup. His box office disappointment, Roommates, got a second wind on tape, landing at No. 10 on the rental list. As for third winds, both Stargate and Clear and Present Danger -- already theatrical and video hits -- got yet another perk thanks to wallet-friendly repricing that made Kurt Russell and Harrison Ford fans want to buy the flicks instead of renting them again and again.
