MONTY PYTHON'S MORE NAUGHTY BITS and LIVE WITHOUT MONTY PYTHON (Philips Media, for CD-i, $29.98 each) Surely the funniest comedy troupe in history deserves better than an appearance on a third-string system like CD-i. Naughty Bits offers 17 classic sketches ranging from the Dead Parrot to the Vomiting Fat Man from Meaning of Life, but there's absolutely no interactivity -- not even freeze-frame or frame advance, as you get with other CD-i video titles. Live is marginally better, allowing you to blank out the lead vocals in 15 Python songs (including ''Every Sperm Is Sacred'' and the ''Dennis Moore Theme'') and sing along to lyrics that appear on the bottom of the screen. It's not quite karaoke, as Philips would have you believe, but it's better than sitting there and doing nothing. Naughty Bits: B- Live: B
