MEAT LOAF ''I'd Lie for You (And That's the Truth)'' (MCA) Shameless even by Loaf standards, this single is basically the exact same song as his 1993 hit ''I'd Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That)'' -- same parentheses, same mushy choir-and-piano bombast, same oafish love pledging, same girl dueting, same false endings till you're fed up to here. Except, incredibly enough, it's even worse! C-
