TROMAVILLE (http://www.troma.com) Troma's grade-Z movies have always counted among life's guilty pleasures, so it's gratifying to see how this bargain-basement studio translates into cyberspace. Probably because the cost of hosting a website is a lot less than that of producing even a rock-bottom flick like The Toxic Avenger, Tromaville is generous to overflowing: a detailed guide to its movies; satiric sex advice from Tromie the Nuclear Rodent; a bare-breasted (but low-resolution) Tromette of the Month; and a scriptwriting contest for Class of Nuke 'Em High Part IV. True, the humor is a bit broad, but considering the dull Web offerings of some ''respectable'' movie studios, this town is well worth putting on your itinerary. A-
