''Uninvited'' is a nugget of pure punk from New York nobodies Ruth Ruth, soars through a semi-psychedelic shimmy of misfit anxiety. The singer says he's uninvited to the party but crashes it anyway. Someday he'll realize he's cooler than the in crowd, just as the no-baloney song is cooler than anything by Moby or Ministry. A-
