Cocteau Twins Otherness (Capitol) For more than 10 years, the Cocteau Twins have enjoyed a peculiar status as New Age auteurs with indie-rock credibility. This four-track EP features more of their characteristic lush, moody soundscapes. It'll probably delight ambient-music addicts, but anyone in search of something as mundane as a memorable melody had better skip this. C
