THE LAND BEFORE TIME III: The Time of the Great Giving (1995, MCA/Universal, G, $19.98) Jurassic Park was such a cinematic force that it has even prompted sequels to other dino-movies. Or is it just a coincidence that the past two years have seen two follow-ups to 1988's The Land Before Time? The further adventures of Bambi-esque ''longneck'' Littlefoot, no longer the province of originators Steven Spielberg and George Lucas, sport less inspired animation (Don Bluth is no longer doing it) and downright uninspired songs (the original didn't need any). But despite some all-too-contemporary quips (''See ya. Wouldn't wanna be ya''), Littlefoot and his friends still retain their youthful charm. That alone should keep this series alive at least until the next Ice Age. B-
