The most significant other for Mira Sorvino's hooker issued from a quickie with sportswriter Woody Allen in Mighty Aphrodite. A kitchen-floor romp between Steve Martin and Diane Keaton fertilized Father of the Bride II. And there'd have been no Scarlet Letter for Hester Prynne if not for one fateful fling. Of course, rewriting could have fixed all that.
