Sure, they're unspeakably good-looking and fabulously talented. But 1995's Entertainers of the Year also possess a quality even rarer for superstars: They seem approachable. From Sandra Bullock's gee-whiz charmer in While You Were Sleeping to laid-back rockers Hootie & the Blowfish, the best performers this year made us feel as if we'd been hanging out with them forever (actually, in some cases we have; Tom Hanks is making his third straight appearance in these pages). Even when they were playing psychos or sexpots (or, in Nicole Kidman's case, both), they managed to pull off star turns without taking us on star tripsmore like buddies than celebs.
