FOOD FELLAS: Here's an offer that's hard to refuse: dinner at a new San Francisco restaurant whose investors include Robert De Niro and his The Godfather, Part II director, Francis Ford Coppola. In February, the duo will unveil Rubicon, named after one of the finer vintages from the director's Niebaum-Coppola Estate winery. But Rubicon, which will serve an eclectic menu, won't rely on sheer star power for its patronage. "We'll leave that to Planet Hollywood," says fellow investor and manager Drew Nieporent. "That place is about marketing. You go there for the glamour and a hamburger. It's about the mood, not the food.'' —Andrew Meier
