The late Marty Robbins had a big, mellifluous baritone that made the most out of any style of material, from '50s pop to Western ballads, but he was least convincing on the kind of honky-tonk that makes up much of this undistinguished package of odds and ends & from 1972 to '82. The bulk of Lost and Found (Columbia) may be newly discovered, but they were probably stored in a box marked ''Too Weak to Release.'' Just because he's dead is no excuse to release them now. C-
