Some of these reggae-toasted odes to marijuana are quite catchy, even if their Jamaican slang is impossible to understand. The cuts by U-Roy, the Mighty Diamonds, and Wayne Smith are downright addictive. But too much of this stash is seeds and stems, coming off a bit too burnt out and bleary-eyed-no surprise given the participants' herb of choice.
