Sam Phillips should be made an honorary fifth Beatle. The 13 songs on Martinis and Bikinis, her fifth album — produced, like the last three, by husband T Bone Burnett — are laced with lovely riff-ettes on Fab Four classics like ''Strawberry Fields Forever'' and Sgt. Pepper. There's even a powerful cover of Lennon's ''Gimme Some Truth'' for a finale. It takes massive cojones to flirt so close to Beatlemania — but this quirky folk-rocker has the talent to pull it off. A
