Somebody forgot to tell this four-piece London band that its brand of jazz-funk fusion lacked oomph. Brother Sister boasts the same sinewy grooves, but the group hasn't loosened up any.If only the musicianship which too often gets in the way of the rhythms could match the easygoing soulfulness of N'Dea Davenport's honeyed vocals.
