Somebody forgot to tell this four-piece London band that its brand of jazz-funk fusion lacked oomph. Brother Sister boasts the same sinewy grooves, but the group hasn't loosened up any.If only the musicianship — which too often gets in the way of the rhythms — could match the easygoing soulfulness of N'Dea Davenport's honeyed vocals.
