New Zealander Tim Finn headed for Nashville to record Say It Is So, his first solo album in seven years. And Music City's down-home flavor is evident on the pretty, pedal-steel-laced ''Good Together'' and the ukulele-peppered ''Currents.'' Still, these precisely constructed songs of love and loneliness have more of the sentimental spring of brother Neil's Crowded House, than any Tennessee twang. B+
