Boy Howdy might have a name right out of the sticks, but the band doesn't shy away from slick formula on this six-song CD, She'd Give Anything. It can be as wimpy as Restless Heart (''She'd Give Anything''), shuffle as fast as Brooks & Dunn (''Come On, Come On''), and stoke the cowboy mythology (''A Cowboy's Born With a Broken Heart'') as decently as Toby Keith. How's that for excitement? B-
