Ovis Schadenfreude (Restless) is a delightful piece of pop ear-candy-part Prince, part They Might Be Giants-from a veritable unknown who is getting some Top 40 airplay with ''Regular Thang.'' The lyrics of that potential breakthrough hit-'' I'm sorry if I broke your heart/Here's 50 bucks, go buy some glue''-are fun and typical. Take a listen, then brush your teeth. B
