Films about nannies are often dark and disturbing, but there's always that old standby featuring the nicest nanny ever: Mary Poppins (1964), in which Julie Andrews flies through the skies with her umbrella and sings tunes that are every bit as sweet as they are silly. A+

For another wistfully comic film about divorce, try The Awful Truth(1937), Leo McCarey's peerless romance that has Cary Grant and Irene Dunne calling it quits but being unable to part. A+
