Even if you usually like the way the Material Girl gives a ribbing to the repressed, this concert movie (shot in Sydney, Australia) is the point where shock turns to schlock. With two ''Solid Gold'' hours of tush-shaking, crotch- rubbing, and group-groping, Madonna and her disco love slaves deliver the world's most elaborate lap dance. Sure, it's all done with goosestep precision, but that only makes The Girlie Show as sexy as a swig of Pepto-Bismol. D
