The giggles start as soon as you hear host Robin Leach describe The Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous Cookbook CD-ROM as an ''interactive CD-Rome.'' Then it's on to the Chilled Lobster Bouillon (''magnificent choice!'') and Joan Collins' Spaghetti Bolognese (''serves 20''). Lifestyles is really just the 1992 coffee-table tome fleshed out with 10 full-motion video segments shoveled straight from the show. As a cookbook, it's pretty lame. As camp — expensive camp — it's, well, magnificent. C-
