Tourists looking for a little action in post-Soviet Moscow can soon check out the Chuck Norris Supper Club & Casino. Scheduled to open within the next two years, the resort will feature a Las Vegas-style gambling hall, a discotheque, and two restaurants. ''Chuck has always been an entrepreneur,'' explains Chuck Norris Company president Myron ''Mike'' Emery, ''and [his movies are] gigantic overseas, especially in Russia. He's bigger than a deity over there.''
