SUPER STREET FIGHTER II (Capcom, for Genesis and Super NES, $79.99) The latest installment of this most multicultural of all conflict games features four new combatants-from Mexico, Jamaica, England, and Hong Kong. But the sound has been degraded (the announcer in the Super NES version sounds like a eunuch), the animation is slower, and the backgrounds are less detailed. Regardless, SSF II remains a solid game and great tension reliever. B+ -BS
