Celebrity hunters, listen up. If you want to see loads of movie stars, consider the British Isles. There are no fewer than 11 major movies filming in England, Ireland, Wales, and Scotland, including Julia Roberts' Mary Reilly, Liam Neeson's Rob Roy, Sean Connery's First Knight, Mel Gibson's Braveheart, and Anthony Hopkins' August. Besides access to spectacular scenery and architecture, filming in that green and pleasant land has provided at least one production with a shock. While a reservoir was being drained for a scene at Shepperton Studios in England, the cast and crew of Robert Downey Jr.'s Restoration uncovered an undetonated World War II bomb. It was removed and no one was hurt, though they were rather shaken. ''It was a bit too exciting,'' says the film's publicist.
