Tom Clancy isn't easy to please. Things annoy him-like how people pay huge amounts for rights to his novels and then have the nerve to modify them for the big screen. Imagine! But here's something that should buck him up: His latest techno-thriller, Debt of Honor, debuts on the list at No. 1. According to the folks at Putnam, it's selling even faster than his last novel, Without Remorse. After an initial printing of 2 million, Debt has gone back to press once, bringing the total to 2,250,630 copies in print. That ought to make even Clancy smile.
