THE ADVENTURES OF PRISCILLA, QUEEN OF THE DESERT (R) Two drag queens and a transsexual travel halfway across Australia in an old school bus in Stephan Elliott's sumptuous, sentimental, unlikely road picture. And, honey, you haven't lived until you've seen 56-year-old Terence Stamp decked out as a regal old girl who calls herself Bernadette. Sequins glint, feathers fly, and the spectacular outback makes a great backdrop against which the trio (including Hugo Weaving and Guy Pearce) dances to the boom-boom sounds of ABBA and other '70s disco phenoms.
