The only bad note on this incandescent collection is the one Sarah Vaughan purposely botches in ''They Can't Take That Away From Me'' (''The way you sing off-key''). Everything else-from early-'60s radio faves by the likes of Louis Armstrong to the current Oleta Adams/Brenda Russell hit-gives this that truly rare quality: perfect pitch.
